Our Story
Since 1979, Hailey Import Service has provided customers in the Triad area with comprehensive expert Volvo Service. In the early days of Hailey’s, we serviced Jaguar, Mercedes, BMW and other European makes as well. Over the years, however, we have found our niche to be Volvo and Subaru. The reason for that is simple: Subaru and Volvo folks love their vehicles—as do we! Both have a long tradition of automotive excellence, but Volvos and Subarus require specialized knowledge on the part of the professionals who service them, which is a task we’ve been happy to devote ourselves to! Our goal is to offer the best service available at affordable prices to get you back on the road in no time!

I started working part time at Haileys in 2003 as a shop helper and eventually worked my way up the ladder. Most everything I know about cars I learned from Keith Church. Hobbies/Interests: Fishing, Racing, Grilling, Enjoying time with Family.
Mitchel Sexton
Owner
Native of Greensboro, currently living in the Winston-Salem area. Son to a machinist and automotive mechanic, learning at an early age to turn wrenches. Professional career as an automotive technician started at the age of 21 with Hailey Import Service in 2011. Background in automotive, diesel, and heavy equipment repair. Hobbies include race car set up and fabrication, carpentry work, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Customer Service Extraordinaire
Hank was a rescue that made his way into our hearts and has been a very important part of the day to day workings at Haileys. Customers love him and he loves the attention! His hobbies include: Giving as much kisses and hugs as possible, Walks in the park and playing with his brothers Gus and Lou.
